The House Of Cobbler accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video.

Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
