Delivery is free within the UAE and takes 5–7 business days from payment confirmation, including preparation and transit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UAE public holidays, with a 4:00 p.m. UAE-time cutoff. Orders confirmed after the cutoff are processed from the next business day. CAN THE PRODUCT BE RETURNED?
You can request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused and unworn, with original packaging, tags and proof of purchase. We include a prepaid return label and cover all eligible return postage, including non-defective returns.
