Return & Refund Policy

The House Of Cobbler accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

How to request a return: Email support@thehouseofcobbler.com or call +971 50 271 3362 with your order number before sending the item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. The 48-hour period is a request for prompt reporting, not an automatic rejection deadline. Claims reported later within the 30-day return window are assessed on the reason for the claim and supporting evidence. The unused and undamaged condition requirements for ordinary returns do not exclude claims for goods that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds: We inspect eligible returned items and initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 24 hours of receiving the return. Customers can expect to receive the refund within 7 days of initiation; posting time may depend on the bank or payment provider. Contact us if the refund has not arrived within that period.

Return shipping: We include a prepaid return label in the package and cover all return postage for eligible returns, including returns of non-defective items. If your label is missing, contact us before sending the return so we can help you obtain it.
