Shipping Policy

The House Of Cobbler delivers orders within the United Arab Emirates.

UAE delivery estimate: Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from payment confirmation. This estimate includes order preparation and transit time. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. The daily order cutoff is 4:00 p.m. UAE time (GST). Orders with payment confirmed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on UAE public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Shipping charges: Delivery is currently free within the UAE. Any taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking: Tracking is sent by email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
