Delivery is free within the UAE and takes 5–7 business days from payment confirmation, including preparation and transit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UAE public holidays, with a 4:00 p.m. UAE-time cutoff. Orders confirmed after the cutoff are processed from the next business day. Tracking is sent by email or SMS after dispatch.

You can request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused and unworn, with original packaging, tags and proof of purchase. We include a prepaid return label and cover all eligible return postage, including non-defective returns.

These ordinary-return conditions do not exclude goods that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Please report issues promptly; our 48-hour reporting request is not an automatic rejection deadline. We initiate approved refunds within 24 hours of receiving eligible returns; receipt is expected within 7 days of initiation.
